Sally S. Bartholmey, Esq., Chief Legal Officer and HR Executive
Sally brings nearly 30 years of legal experience and mortgage industry experience in capital markets, originations and servicing operations to Newbold’s senior management team. She serves as Newbold’s General Counsel and manages Newbold’s strategies on enterprise risk management and human resources. Early in her career she worked in private law firms representing financial institutions. Later, she went “in-house” to hold legal and regulatory compliance roles including positions within Market Street Mortgage and GE Capital Mortgage Services. More recently, she served as the Director of Mediation Strategy and Deployment for Fannie Mae. An attorney licensed in both Florida and Texas, Sally received a BA in Economics from the University of Dallas and her JD from the University of Houston Law Center.
Kathy Keller, Managing Director, Regulatory Compliance and Program/Project Management
Kathy Keller has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry working on projects across the mortgage life cycle for lenders of all sizes, regulatory agencies and the GSEs. She concentrates on implementation of industry wide changes, participating in the creation of the industry’s first automated underwriting engine, and assisting our clients in implementing regulations such as TRID and HDMA. Kathy also helps clients remediate regulatory actions. Prior to joining Newbold, Kathy was a Vice President at Fannie Mae playing a key role in the implementation of the Making Home Affordable Program, and later leading the Enterprise Program Management Office.
Chad Moyer, Managing Director, Staffing
Chad has nearly 18 years of experience in the Staffing and Consulting industry with the expertise in managing business and recruiting development teams. Prior to joining Newbold, Chad successfully managed multiple IT Recruiting and Sales teams covering North East Florida and Tallahassee, as well as a large National Program for Modis. Chad earned his BS from Eastern Illinois University.
Chrissie Thrash, Managing Director, Staffing
Chrissie has over 20 years’ experience in technology staffing, starting out in Recruiting and then moving into Business Development. Prior to joining Newbold, Chrissie was the Sr. Business Development Manager at Modis, where her portfolio of accounts included numerous Fortune 100 companies and several government integrators. Her areas of expertise include partnering with clients in support of their hiring strategies, managing large contingent workforce teams and placing direct hires, including those at the executive level. Chrissie received her BS degree from the University of Delaware.
Vivek Tuli, Senior Director, Strategy, Planning, Analysis & UAT Practice leader
Vivek has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in both the business and technology domains for entities of many types and sizes, including global banks, top 5 lenders, mortgage originators and the GSEs. Vivek also has extensive experience managing global client teams across the NA, EMEA, APAC & LatAm regions. He has advised clients on business and mission critical initiatives for industry regulatory compliance implementations, business UAT certifications and significant business and technology enhancement roll-outs. Prior to joining Newbold, Vivek was a part of the management team at Fannie Mae, played an instrumental role in implementation of automated underwriting and pricing online and commitment & securitization solutions, as well as led the MHA / HAMP Program.
